The ToyMote app does not collect personal data. Therefore there is also no personal data shared by this app with third parties.
The ToyMote app uses the bluetooth permission to control the remote vibrator. It does not and cannot access bluetooth scan results to deduce a geographical position. The app only uses the signal strength of the connected device to show it to the user.
